Admission Process

HBR School is a place where not only your child will be nurtured but also they will get a safe environment to explore and spread their wings. They will have a serene campus and positive surroundings to develop everlasting bonds of friendship based on mutual trust and respect. HBR School is from Nursery to Grade XII and we welcome all boys and girls irrespective of caste, creed or community. Admissions are given on a first come first serve basis depending on the availability of seats. All information related to admissions is given for clear and succinct understanding of the prospective students and parents.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR NURSERY/LKG/UKG/CLASS – I (ENTRY LEVEL)

  1. Self-attested photocopy of Birth Certificate which has names of both parents mentioned on it.
  2. Self-attested proof of residence (Ration Card/Voter I-Card/Electricity or Water Bill/Tenant’s Deed/ Adhara Card/Passport etc.)
  3. Two passport size photographs of the student/Father/Mother
  4. Self-attested Adhara card photocopy of the student and Parents. 
  5. Self-attested mark sheet/report card of the last 1 year from the last school if attended. (For LKG & UKG or any other)
  6. Affidavit of guardianship to be submitted if student lives with a local guardian.
  7. Original transfer certificate from the last school attended, (For LKG & UKG)

  1. Original transfer certificate from the last school attended 

2 self-attested proof Adhara card

  1. PEN no of student.
  2. Bank A/c
  3. Mark Sheet/Report Card (1 year) 
  4. Affidavit of guardianship to be submitted if student lives with a local guardian.

FEE STRUCTURE OF THE SCHOOL

  • Fees once paid at the time of admission is non refundable in case of withdrawal.
  • Please check the dates for the admission procedure and adhere to them strictly.
  • The Management reserves the right to have the last word in all matters related to admission.

FEE STRUCTURE 2025-26

Academic Session

  • The new academic session commences in June-July for Grade Nursery to Class – XII.
  • While most students will join school at the beginning of each academic year, we understand that some may arrive at a later date. Based on the availability of places, we are happy to admit students throughout the year.
  • Admissions are offered in Nursery, LKG, UKG, 1st & 11th grades (after the board exams).
